A reusable gel pack designed for both hot and cold therapy. The flexible gel remains soft even after freezing at temperatures as low as -20°C and can retain heat or coolness for approximately 45–60 minutes.

For cold therapy, cool or freeze the pack before use. For hot therapy, heat according to the appropriate heating instructions. Always check the temperature before placing the pack against the body and use a protective layer where appropriate.
