If the issue is covered under warranty, the service is typically free. However, a fee may apply if the damage is out of warranty or the damage is not covered by the warranty.

How long does the process take?

  • Accuracy checking and maintenance usually require 5–7 business days (excluding transportation),depending on the complexity of the problem.

Please ensure:
A proof of purchase is attached (if still under warranty)

  • Blood pressure monitors include the cuff and the main unit
  • Thermometers include all relevant accessories or probes (if applicable)
  • Blood glucose monitors include the meter and strips
  • Nebulizers include the unit and its accessories

You can send the faulty meters to any pharmacy outlets that sell Novoplus / Gluneo / Forehealth products. The pharmacy’s person in charge will take down your particulars and contact Revo’s service representative to arrange to collect the faulty meter from the outlet. Alternatively, the customer may contact Revo’s service centre for a direct arrangement for service.
